Before your first mission you meet your fellow recruits and your guide. The brief covers the world, the rules, and what lies ahead.

Æsethien is composed of many realms that are enjoying their longest peace times in the Slaten Era. The Provision System runs everything perfectly here but in odd places, an old dangerous force is seeping through. Your squad finds it and deactivates it, through German.

Trainee briefing

FAQ

Starting from zero is fine. Cohort 1 is for complete beginners. The first session is mostly in English with German emerging naturally. By session three you’ll be using full sentences.
A browser-based shared world your whole cohort moves through together during sessions. It’s a live, teacher-guided environment to learn and practice. Open your browser and you’re in.
Your guide sends written session notes after every class so you can catch up.
Central European Time (CET/CEST). Exact schedule is confirmed once the cohort forms. We work around the group’s availability.
A1 — the first CEFR level. You’ll be able to introduce yourself, handle everyday situations, and understand basic spoken and written German.
