Building the world
skills actually need.
MitMut Studio is a gamified skills lab. We are market-testing with a German language cohort while building EduverseOS, a B2B platform that delivers persistent, multiplayer learning worlds to enterprises, institutions, and governments across Europe.
A browser-native, gamified upskilling world
EduverseOS is a persistent, spatial, multiplayer virtual world blending deep education with entertainment. Skills emerge naturally from collaborative missions, social quests, and contextual gameplay.

Built from the inside out.
Sharon was Adam’s student. She experienced his one-to-one coaching firsthand and understood something most learning product builders miss: the problem is not content, it is context. Adam had spent nine years diagnosing exactly where individual learners get stuck and designing around it. That precision does not scale in a classroom. Sharon saw that it could scale in a world.
Adam is an avid gamer who had long studied dopamine loops and the mechanics that keep players engaged. He knew how games hold attention. What he had not seen was how that same architecture could become the engine for skill acquisition. Sharon opened that door. She brought a decade of spatial research, digital simulation, and product thinking to the question. Æsethien and EduverseOS are the result.
He knew how games hold attention. She saw how that becomes a skill.
A large gap.
A clear solution.
59% of the global workforce will require reskilling or upskilling by 2030 (WEF Future of Jobs Report 2025). Traditional e-learning completion rates sit between 5% and 15% (eLearning Industry). The market is large, the tools are fragmented, and the window to build the right product is open now.
Digital learning needs structure and stakes
Self-directed learning works for motivated individuals. For the majority, a structured environment with real stakes and social accountability produces significantly better outcomes. The research on task-based and contextual learning is consistent on this point.
Corporate training budgets need better returns
Organisations invest billions in onboarding, compliance, and soft-skills training. Conventional e-learning completion rates of 5 to 15% mean the majority of that investment produces limited measurable change (eLearning Industry, 2024).
Reskilling urgency is accelerating
63% of employers identify skills gaps as their primary barrier to business transformation over 2025 to 2030, ranking above culture, regulation, and shortage of capital (WEF Future of Jobs Report 2025).
Task-based learning in a gamified format consistently produces the strongest acquisition and retention results. Gamification in corporate training has been shown to boost completion rates by over 30% (Technavio, 2026).
- Low-stakes structured environments drive motivation and return rate
- Multi-learner virtual spaces create accountability and social learning loops
Berlin’s Smart City strategy calls for an EU-sovereign, scalable tech stack accessible to SMEs, government bodies, enterprises, and VETs for upskilling, reskilling, education, and language transfer. EduverseOS is built to meet that specification.
